An announcement by the Federal Employment Service will result in new jobs and opportunities for job seekers in Hawkesbury. A government decision to award Workforce Australia, Transition to Work and Employability Skills training contracts to employment services provider Asuria and its subsidiary Australian Employment and Training Solutions (AETS) will result in job opportunities in western Sydney, including in Richmond. The announcement by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment means that Asuria and its subsidiary will take over the contracts from July 1st. Asuria is currently in the process of expanding its presence in the region by hiring new job coaches, employment counselors, executive positions and other key positions in Asuria’s offices in Richmond, Auburn, Blacktown, Katoomba, Merrylands, Mount Druitt, Parramatta, Penrith and St Marys.
